Jami O’Shea Johnson brings nearly four decades of elite equestrian experience to her role as Barn Manager at Jared Beasley Sport Horses. She competed at the top level of the sport, riding her first Grand Prix at just 15 years old and later ranking in the top 10 in the country in the Adult Hunter division in 2019. She has also imported top show horses in the country competing and selling. Beyond the show ring, Jami has trained and sold top graded stakes racehorses, worked alongside some of the nation’s leading trainers and veterinarians, and has hands-on experience in breeding. She is deeply committed to equine welfare through her family’s 501(c)(3) rescue, Save the Horses (savethehorses.org), where she has been actively involved for years. Jami recently earned her Bachelor’s degree with honors and is currently pursuing her MBA, bringing a rare combination of business acumen and horsemanship to her work. Whether it’s a beloved cross rail pony or a top derby horse, every animal on the property receives the same five-star standard of care Jami holds for her own horse.
